Well, that is one of the core ideas we’ve built into our Hero app! Every time you or another hero scans a new unit into the app, you and other heroes can now perform services on that unit. We’re getting closer to launching our Hero Pro solution, which will leverage this information to provide the service histories for each unit. You’ll see what was done, when and how — without revealing who performed the service, ensuring privacy.

An exciting feature to share that was suggested by FMHero Beaston, is that you can now view a gallery of all Service Images captured on your FSO directly from the initial Summary screen. No more clicking through units to find that critical snapshot amidst the battlefield of service details!

More great news, while we were at it, a feature we know you’ve been patiently waiting for is finally here! No longer are you limited to a single image when documenting a service, now you can add multiple images! Video uploads are coming soon, so stay tuned for more on this.

Consistent and Exact Weights for Recovery and Charge

Heroes, update and equip yourselves with the power of precision! We’ve upgraded the recovery and charge process to ensure refrigerant details are consistent and precisely accurate (up to 2 decimal places).
